Shipping

Shipping to addresses in the contiguous USA only.

Orders  35.00 or more USPS First Class mail service is free.

Orders under 35.00 ship USPS First Class at a flat rate of 6.99.

USPS Priority shipping is an additional 8.99 for orders 35.00 or more.

USPS Priority mail            2-3 business days

Payment

Online orders PAYPAL only. No PAYPAL account is required and you can pay with any major credit or debit card. Check out is secure & at no time will Nature's Tapestries have access to your personal credit card information.

Local orders can be picked up. Please order directly by email to avoid shipping charges

(if applicable) A PAYPAL invoice will be provided to pay securely online.

Returns

If you have received damaged and/or missing items please contact us by email naturestapestries@exede.net within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Nature's Tapestries will provide a return shipping label and items should be postmarked for return within 15 days of receiving return label. All returns should be repackaged properly to prevent additional damage.

No returns on items that are not defective or damaged in shipping.
